Bella Retractable screens are Italian engineered/designed and manufactured in the USA. The latest generation of retractable screens is now here after 40+ years of refinement. We now offer a sturdy, high-quality replacement for the fixed screens we all grew up with.
The Bella Retractable 42mm Screen System is an innovative, housing-based system made from micro-extruded aluminum profiles combined with durable nylon accessories with a heavy, stainless-steel, spring-driven recoiling system. The Bella Retractable Screen System has the strength and engineering to insure smooth operation and a long life.

The White and Black frames are gloss. The rest are a matte finish.
The frame color includes the housing, tracks and pull bar. The screen color is charcoal for insect, No-See-um and solar screens. The Blackout screens are white. If you want a color sample, ask for a chip when you place the order.
A sample of the color will be sent promptly, and your order will be processed and won’t go into actual production until you email your color confirmation.
Screen Fabrics: The following screen materials are available for custom-cut window and doors screens. The kits and the large-opening screens are only available in the insect screen.
- Insect Screen: 18 x 16 weave. Color is charcoal.
- No-See-Um Screen: 20 x 30 weave. Color is charcoal.
- Solar Screen: 23 x 60 weave. Color is charcoal. Provides 60% shading and stops up to 65% of the sun's heat and glare.
- Blackout Screen: UV-protected solid vinyl. Color is white.
The width measurement is the distance from side to side of the opening in inches. Please measure within 1/8” in 3 places - top, middle and bottom and choose the smallest dimension.
The height measurement is from the top of the opening to the bottom of the opening. Please measure within 1/8” in 3 places - left side, middle and right side. Choose the smallest dimension.
Don\’t worry about which side the screen retracts. Bella Retractable Screens can be installed for right or left operation.

30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following:
- Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
- Product must be returned in original packaging with materials intact
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Restocking Fees: A 20% restocking fee.
No Return Items: There are no returns on any custom-cut screenproducts. Custom products were made specifically for your order and we cannot accept a return.
Return Process: To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:
- Call 1-800-823-6677 or email customerservice@agigroup.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please include your order # with all correspondence
- Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued.
- Report via phone 1-800-823-6677 or email customerservice@agigroup.com a tracking number to customer service.l Please include your order # with all correspondence
- Items returned without an RA number cannot be credited
Refunds: All credits will be issued after receipt of returned items and warehouse inspection approval.
Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
WARRANTY
AGI Group, Inc. warrants the Bella Retractable Screen for a period of 1 year from date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: AGI Group, Inc. will not be responsible for any Bella Screen damaged by shipping, acts of God, accidental or intentional damage, improper installation and any damage caused by use of the product it was not intended for.
Limitation of Warranty: Except as set forth in this warranty, AGI Group, Inc. makes no warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. AGI Group, Inc. will in no event be liable for consequential damages arising out of any breach of any expressed or implied warranty. AGI Group’s liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the Bella Retractable Screen excluding freight, taxes, installation and or any damages that may have occurred during installation and or removal of the Bella Retractable Screen.
Claim Procedures: Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing to: AGI Group, Inc., Warranty Department, 8151 Blaikie Court, Sarasota, FL 34240. AGI Group will review the claim and if AGI Group deems the claim to be proper a return authorization number will be sent via Email or US Mail to the customer. All items returned for warranty must be received prepaid and the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
AGI Group will at its sole discretion repair and or replace any items found to be defective. The product will be returned prepaid to the customer.
